Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days- 1-3 Business Days for Handling and 1-7 Business Days to Ship, depending on your location and the shipping method used. Smaller items shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS tend to arrive on the shorter end of this window, while larger freight shipments may take longer due to carrier scheduling and transit distance.

We currently only ship within the United States 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress. If your product is coming freight you will receive a phone call from the freight company to schedule a delivery 

Payments

 Yes! We partner with Affirm to offer flexible payment plans. You can choose monthly installment options at checkout, subject to approval.

Yes! If you’re purchasing in bulk for a commercial gym, personal training studio, corporate wellness program, or building a dream home gym we offer special discounts. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Returns

Not the right fit? No problem.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, in new condition, and in original packaging. Photos/videos may be requested.

  • Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which we’ll provide before the return process begins.

  • Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t function as intended, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a hassle-free return and full refund or replacement.

  • Non-Defective Items: Changed your mind? No problem. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Just make sure they’re in their original packaging and condition.

Restocking Fees

We want your experience with us to be completely worry-free. That’s why we cover any restocking fees associated with your return. You won’t have to pay a dime—just send the item back in its original condition, and we’ll take care of the rest. Simple, stress-free, and customer-first—just the way it should be.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Opened or used items

  • Assembled or installed items

  • Custom-made products, including special color upholstery or frames
